We just had a nice visit with Desi, Pam and the 3D's. Here's a few pics. Dad is getting weaker, and more withdrawn. On the upside, his pain has been under control, and he reports regularly that he is comfortable.
Dad seems to be coming to terms with his situation and was able to talk to Mom and me about it tonight, saying that he realized he was getting weaker and weaker and that it wouldn't be too much longer.
Joel (Dad's friend) is visiting and Danny will be back next week.
Not much more to report. Mom is hanging in, and I'll be staying over the next few nights. Mom really needs another adult on hand at all times now.
We're just trying to keep the house calm and peaceful.
